At Houston Healing Collective, our team of clinicians and medical providers is united by a shared commitment to helping people heal at the deepest level. Our integrative model brings together traditional and innovative approaches to care, allowing us to address what lies beneath symptoms and support real, lasting change.
We specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges that often require more than traditional talk therapy alone, including complex trauma, eating disorders, treatment-resistant depression and anxiety, and complex relational wounds. Through thoughtful collaboration, clinical skill, and genuine human connection, we help clients restore stability, build resilience, and move toward lives rooted in purpose.
With over 15 years of experience across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings, Jennifer specializes in working with trauma, eating disorders, and deeply rooted emotional and relational patterns that keep people stuck. Her approach is grounded in relational safety, nervous system awareness, and helping clients reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and sense of self.
Jennifer incorporates EMDR, ketamine therapy, psychedelic integration therapy, and trauma-informed yoga into her work, offering clients a more embodied and holistic path toward healing. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered to access their innate capacity for growth and transformation.
In addition to her direct clinical work with clients, Jennifer provides clinical supervision, consultation, and professional trainings. She serves as Clinical Director of Houston Healing Collective, cultivating a highly trained team that works at the intersection of clinical depth, innovation, and whole-person healing.

My work has been shaped by my own healing journey, which showed me that lasting change often requires more than insight alone. As a recovering perfectionist and former dancer, I learned early on to push through discomfort, override my body, and strive to perform and please. Through embodied practices like yoga and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, I learned the importance of reconnecting with our bodies and inner wisdom through listening, presence, and self-trust. I believe healing is not something we complete, but a lifelong process of growth that unfolds both in therapy and in everyday life.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, traveling, and exploring local coffee and food spots. I also love caring for my three pets — including our spunky hairless sphynx cat, Hairyette — who keeps life entertaining and grounded.
Rachel works with teens and adults navigating mood and anxiety, trauma, eating disorder, body image concerns, and life transitions. Rachel began her career in 2020, running a community-based mental health program to support children, teens, and families. Inspired by this work, she earned her Master of Social Work from Boston University and began working as an in-home family therapist, where she developed strong expertise in relational dynamics, attachment patterns, and family systems.
Rachel has advanced training in EMDR, ketamine therapy, and IFS-informed interventions. She helps her clients better understand their inner world, recognize unhelpful patterns, and build greater self-compassion and emotional resilience. She is especially drawn to working with thoughtful, self-reflective clients who are ready to engage more deeply in the therapeutic process.
In sessions, Rachel is warm, down-to-earth, and engaged — taking an active approach that balances insight and depth with steadiness, care, and a genuine sense of humor.

During my service with AmeriCorps at the height of the pandemic, I was able to witness the value of a strong therapeutic relationship and supportive space to discuss life's challenges. Eager to learn more, I applied to Boston University for my Masters in Social Work and haven’t looked back since. Having genuine conversations, exploring how others think and feel, and walking alongside others through their transformational healing fills me up.
I’m also a tea drinker, sunshine lover, neighborhood explorer, and farmers market enthusiast. On the weekends, you’ll often find me cherishing a slow morning, enjoying a meal at a local restaurant, or spending the afternoon curled up on the couch with a good book or (more frequently) immersed in wonderfully mindless reality TV.
Jamie works with adults, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, infidelity, intimacy and sexual concerns, trauma, mood, and anxiety. She brings over 13 years of experience working with children and families across developmental stages, along with specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method, DBT, and IFS-informed interventions. She offers individual and couples ketamine therapy, an innovative approach that combines medicine with psychotherapy to support deeper emotional insight, reduce entrenched relational patterns, and promote meaningful relational healing.
Before entering the clinical field, Jamie worked in event management, including coordinating weddings — experiences that required navigating high emotion, stress, conflict, and complex interpersonal dynamics. These skills now inform her calm, organized, and emotionally attuned presence in therapy. She is especially passionate about helping couples rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, and improve communication, as well as supporting individuals in developing greater emotional awareness and relational insight.
In sessions, Jamie is both reflective and direct, helping clients gain clarity around patterns while balancing emotional depth with practical, skills-based tools.
